BPMC2 Architectura - Mission
Applying Green Building concepts to productive spaces is our principal mission.

Ideas and techniques leading to energy savings in buildings, as well as to their environmental sustainability, are used more and more in residential architectural. These are rethought and extended for application in productive architecture by project design integration of techniques and analytical instruments, forecast, control and management of internal and external costs linked to the complete life cycle of productive industrial building (factories, warehouses, hotels, offices, and sales and all spaces in buildings linked to them).

The ideas and techniques of bioclimatic architecture are also applied to productive architecture, whose fundamentals are based on passive energy utilization models that minimize the need for mechanical systems and maximize the efficiency of heat, water and air exchange between the building and its surrounding environment.

Our objectives, therefore, are:

Energy efficiency

Adapting the building to the environment it finds itself in, increasing the use of clean and renewable resources, adopting passive systems to reduce the dependency upon energy sources, integrating devices for autonomous production of energy from renewable sources.

Optimization of the business image

Optimize, integrate and reinforce the image of each company in harmony with business philosophy and the adopted communication plan, keeping in mind the demands of a market more and more oriented to reward businesses and products combining innovation, quality and sustainability.

Control of resources

To carefully evaluate, in the project phase of a building destined for production, all the costs related to its construction, management and its eventual elimination. Programming and financial control of technical decisions, understood as a profitable investment.

Life cycle management

A plan for the complete productive process of a building’s life cycle, with attention paid not only upon its energy benefits, as recent regulations require, but also upon maximum effective control and optimization of the building complex for its entire useful life, as well as the aim of acquiring accreditations specific to energy and environmental quality.
